Welcome Keys, from spreadsheet to SaaS.
A French-speaking luxury real-estate agency, with a network of independent sales partners to coordinate across 3 continents. SaaS platform shipped in 14 weeks, deployed to production overnight, several hundred active accounts within months.
“We had a spreadsheet and a Webflow site. Three months later we had a product Salesforce was charging us 80k/year to do half of.”
A real-estate agency that wanted a platform, not a website.
Welcome Keys sells luxury villas in Thailand to French-speaking investors. The operation ran on spreadsheets + messaging + a Webflow vitrine, with a network of independent sales partners to coordinate. Goal: a SaaS that ingests listings, routes leads to the right partners, triggers follow-up automations and drives commission and concierge management.
No off-the-shelf SaaS, but a scale-up budget.
Existing tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot Pro) cost $80k/year and forced the business to bend to standard features. The decision: custom but frugal build, hosted on their dedicated EU infrastructure, with no vendor lock-in.
Multi-tenant from day one, Stripe Connect billing, native observability.
14 weeks to ship a multi-tenant architecture (per-tenant isolation), a partner dashboard with automatic lead routing, orchestrated email/SMS sequences, and an admin back-office with a full audit log. Deployed on the existing EU-hosted VPS with Docker Compose.
