STORY · EST. 2013

Method, not slideware.

Founded in 2013 on a simple conviction: the best consultancies don't ship slides, they ship systems. Twelve years later, we operate IT, People and Learning as three modules of one method — across three continents, without changing tune depending on the audience.

Thirteen years of compounding

From a single project to a three-pole system.

Symbolic shift: for the first time, the Learning practice delivers more days/year than the other two combined. The MethodK rebrand consolidates the three practices into one system.

What we believe

Four principles we won't negotiate away.

01

Ship beats deck.

A concrete deliverable in 6 weeks beats a slide deck in 6 months. Always. Not just because it's more useful — mostly because it's more honest about what we can actually do.

02

Three practices, one method.

IT, HR, Learning are not three agencies. They are three faces of the same approach: listen before prescribing, ship before invoicing, measure before renewing.

03

We disagree that consultants should be invisible.

Partners sign the emails. Engineers code the demos. No team hiding behind an institutional brand. You know who you pay, you know who ships.

04

Outcomes compound. Slides don't.

We choose missions where we can stay 12-24 months to see the outcome compound. One-shot missions to tick the strategy box at board level, we leave to the Big 4.

The team

Built by practitioners. Not theorists.

About a dozen permanent consultants spread across the USA, France and Thailand. IT, People, Learning, dedicated trainers — plus eight permanent freelancers as reinforcement. We operate in English and French, with regular experience on Spanish-language projects.
